| This is a late Victorian brooch with a double Haley’s comet design. All the faceted, cut steel studs are riveted into place onto a steel backing plate and frame. Unmarked, but probably French. Measures about 3 1/4 x 1 3/4 inches. Very good condition, with a wonderful patina, a hint of rust overall, and several rusted studs (as shown). | ||||||
