| This is an early 1900s gold-filled mechanical pencil. It operates by twisting the pencil end to extend the lead for use. The pencil has a top ring for attaching the pencil to a chain or chatelaine. The barrel has engine turned detail and it takes a thick pencil lead. The pencil end is marked: AXT. The pencil measures about 2 5/8 inches. Excellent condition. | ||
