| This is a mid-1900s mechanical pencil. There is advertising on the side in gold lettering on the black plastic barrel: Packard Bell – PhoneOCord / The West’s Largest Selling Radio. There is no indication of who made this pencil. It operates by twisting the bottom end to extend the lead for use. The pencil measures about 5 inches. Excellent condition. | |||||
