| This is a Little Penguin with Fragonard Solid Parfum. Its plastic probably celluloid and in excellent condition. I would estimate that this is from the 1930s. Fragonard was established in 1927, so this is an early perfume container from them. Cute as can be with large red rhinestone eyes! The penguin stands about 1 3/4 tall. | ||||||
