| This is a beautiful bright mottled red glaze on this porcelain inkwell with gilt brass ormolu accents. The base rim is a filled with a band of small leaves, while the lid is decorated with acanthus leaves. The lid is topped with a nice acorn finial. Marked MP Sevres in a circle on the bottom for Paul Milet 1870-1950. This is an early 1900s piece. Excellent condition, although missing the ink well insert. Measures about 5 inches across and 3 1/2 inches to the top of the finial. | ||||||||||
