| This fan is all hand carved tortoise shell. Each piece is held together by brown ribbon that is weaved through little holes at the top. The bottom has a brown roped string dangling and it has a finger holder. This is a great fan. It measures 8 inches by just under 1.25 inches when closed.When open it measures 14.25 inches by 8 inches. It needs to be cleaned, there is some sticky stuff.One of the blades has a small chip. It is great. Mailing in the U.S. is 12.00. | ||
