| This is an Edwardian hand fan. The stick pieces are tortoise shell and the pieces that are attached to the tortoise shell we believe are goat skin. There is pierced work on them along with gold gilt and black accents. There is some sort of egyptian design in the center of them. This is a great hand fan. GORGEOUS! It measures when closed 9.25 inches by 3 inches. When opened it measures 14 inches wide. It has minor wear. Please view all the photos. | ||
