This beautiful French ormolu and patinated mantel clock dates from the period of King Charles X (ruler from 1824 to 1830). The movement resides in a leaf-cast case flanked by anthemia above a leaf-cast rectangular plinth, and is fitted with an allegorical panel in relief above a rectangular base. Measures: 25 in tall, 12 in wide (63.5 cm tall and 30.5 cm wide). We are not sure of the working conditinon of the movement...

This beautiful 19th century mantle clock features a stunning veneer of lapis lazuli stone and face decorated with enamel including cherubs. Measures approximately 12" tall. Maker is unknown. It does not have its original winding key, but one will be sourced prior to shipment. Working condition of the movement is unknown, but all parts appear to be present and we are confident the clock can be returned to proper working order with serving by a clocksmith.

This red japanned tallcase clock in the chinoiserie fashion dates from the mid to late eighteenth century, and has a movement attributed to the London clock maker, William Jackson. Movement resides behind glass and may be accessed from sides and rear, and the mechanism was not secured snugly against the front face of the cabinet at time of photography. Dial above the face carries the Latin phrase "Tempus Fugit" (time flies). Full condition report available upon request.

This wonderful clock is believed to date from the Empire period and features a gilt and patinated bronze figure with stag, its original hand-painted decorations, and cast bronze mounts including griffins, urns and plaques. Condition of the movement is unknown. This clock most recently came from an Italian auction house, but we have no further details on provenance.

This tremendous 43 inch tall mantle clock in the French Louis XIV style, with elaborate ormolu decoration, dates from the nineteenth century and was produced for and retailed by Tiffany & Co. The face is decorated with enameled porcelain numbers, surmounted by a Greek mask. The original key and sunburst style pendulum are present. There is a small hole in the glass in the lower left corner. Male figures form the four legs and a female goddess on horseback decorates the lower center...

This lovely antique French clock garniture in the Louis XVI style is crafted from carved marble with dore bronze mounts, and blue and white porcelain plaques, possibly Jasperware by Wedgwood. The clock measures 17" tall, 11" wide and 3.5" deep, and the candelabras measure 19" tall. We have not found any maker's mark or other identifying marks on the escapement. There is no key and the working condition of the movement is unknown...
