This extraordinary Bohemian glass chandelier features six electrified candle arms with clear glass hurricane shades with gilded decoration, a center stem with cased glass sections and glass bell flowers. This lovely Venetian glass chandelier features four candle arms and white, red and pink glass flowers. The fixture has a brass frame and candle arms wrapped with nesting glass sections. All the other decorative elements including flowers and long stems and scrolls are solid glass. Condition is very good. There are a handful of modest losses to the nesting sections and flower petals. This extraordinary cased glass chandelier features blue, white and clear overlay glass, decorated with painted enamels, bells, crystals, and twelve hurricane shades. It was designed, circa 1900, for the Ottoman market ( Islamic, Middle Eastern ), specifically Syrian, Persian ( Iranian ) or Arabian markets. Condition is excellent.
