This fabulous sideboard, attributed to the French designer, Jean Pascaud (1902-1996) features a black lacquered finish and tambour doors with parchment veneers. Finish is not original and is in very good condition. There is one noticeable scratch on the top, a few minor, shallow scratches, and some craquelure noticeable at the corners and sides of the top surface. Measures 53.3" wide, 35.7" high and 16.7" deep. It was purchased from Newel LLC, New York, NY, for $28,500.

This is an extremely rare, original "Joe" lounge chair made in Italy by Poltronova in the 1970s, with its original blue denin upholstery. This chair by Nanna Ditzel (Danish, 1923-2005) is sometimes referred to as the Pontoppidan chair, after Ludwig Pontoppidan, who produced the chair beginning in 1950 in Copenhagen. It features solid turned mahogany legs and stretcher, and woven wicker barrel-shaped seat. Condition is very good.
