This extraordinary Italian carved marble jardiniere from the 19th century features a frieze decorated with dancing maidens and armorial insignia with lions on left and right sides. It is unsigned and in very good condition, with only minor losses and a relatively clean surface throughout. This item resides with our client in Manhattan (New York City) and may be seen in person by appointment.

This antique Ottoman period metal mirror features embossed animal figures and Arabic calligraphy. Possibly Syrian, Arabic or Persian. Measures: 42.5" H X 26" W X 1" D (108.0 cm H X 66.0 cm W X 2.5 cm D).

This lovely Austrian cold-painted bronze lamp from Franz Bergman features the figure of an Arab Bedouin on horseback, wired/working socket and switch and modern wiring, and its original glass shade with pulled feather motif. Condition is good. There is mild surface grime, scratches and wear, consistent with age, and a small nick to the glass at the top, but no visible cracks nor signs of restoration. The familiar "B" monogram for Bergman can be seen on the rear of the base...

This lovely Austrian cold-painted bronze lamp, possibly from Franz Bergman, features the reclining figure of a semi-nude Ottoman princess underneath a lantern, catered to by a child servent and semi-nude female with a fan. Measures about 16 in (38 cm) tall, and the bronze measures 9.2 in (23 cm) wide and 6.2 in (16 cm) deep. The bronze is set upon an onyx stone plinth. We have not removed the plinth to inspect for hallmarks, and are selling this lamp "as-is".

This lovely antique bronze chandelier in the Louis XV style features four sets of three candles decorating a circular frame, adorned with upper and lower canopies of crystal chain and pendants. Interior also features three light sockets which light the lower canopy for a lovely and dramatic effect. Measures 39" tall and 37" across.

This lamp from the early twentieth century features a cast bronze Roman male figure set upon an onyx stone pedestal on bronze base with ball feet. It has modern wiring and is ready for use. No foundry marks or signatures. Measures: 29.5" H X 5" W X 6" D (74.9 cm H X 12.7 cm W X 15.2 cm D). Additional images forwarded upon request.

This antique metal lantern in the French Louis XV style features eight glazed sides and four internal sockets with new wiring and is ready for installation. Measures 36 by 17 by 17 inches. May be crafted from bronze.

This unique round, wooden occasional table features pierced decorations on the skirt, and a metal center panel decorated with cloisonne enamel and depicting rose flowers, butterfly and floral vines. Measures 25.2" across and 29.6" tall. Remnants of an old Japanese label on the underside is not decipherable. This table dates from the late nineteenth to early twentieth century.

This pair of patinated and dore bronze lamps by Edward Caldwell depict a satyr astride a hound and nymph astride a dolphin. Their original finials are intact and they may be enjoyed as works of fine art, or wired for use as lamps. We will be happy to add sockets and wiring for a modest fee.

This is an exceptional antique Aesthetic Movement, Japanned twig occasional or serving table. Measures 28" high and top measures 30" wide by 17" deep. Condition is excellent. Top features a black lacquered finish with red, gold and yellow floral designs. Structure is an "X" leg design with lower platform stretcher decorated in the same fashion as the top. Top has handles on the left and right sides.

This is a lovely antique sconce made of hand-blown ruby red glass and etched mirrored glass. Believed to date from the mid to late 19th century. Rim of the candle holder features a pretty ruffled shape. Condition is excellent. Original silvering is intact. No visible cracks, chips or restorations. Some minor scratches to the mirror surface. Rear has its original hanging hook. Some corrosion to the mount but it's not noticeable behind the candle socket...

This fabulous antique, ebonized and newly upholstered chair is believed to date from circa 1870-1880 or possibly earlier. Possibly English in origin. Features elements of Easthetic Movement style, including the ebonized finish, spaced ball turnings of the legs, rectangular back, and organic scrolled designs of the crestrail.
