This exceptional and large parquetry inlaid and gilt bronze-mounted commode dates from circa 1900, and exhibits the highest level of craftsmanship. We have inspected a few mounts and found the impressed marks of the bronzier which appear to read HPP, HFP, HPB OR HFB. Condition is excellent.

This lovely vitrine by Francois Linke (1855-1946) dates from the early twentieth century. It is signed " F LINKE " on the top of the door and also signed on the bronze railing mount on the left upper side. It measures 52" wide, 45.5" tall and 14.5" deep (132.1 cm by 115.6 cm by 36.8 cm). Condition is very good. The mounts were recently removed and thoroughly cleaned. The finish is original and shows modest wear in spots, consistent with age...

This extraordinary antique Empire Revival mahogany center table measures an impressive 70.4" across and 32" tall (179 cm by 81 cm) and features four pairs of gilded Greek caryatid figures. The top is made of four sections which fit tightly. There are no major chips to the stone. Condition of the frame is excellent. Chips and nicks to the veneer and composition caryatids are consistent with age. We will be happy to complete professional restoration at our cost prior to shipment.

This lovely vitrine by Francois Linke (1855-1946) on cabriole legs has a serpentine shape, rouge marble top and extensive gilt bronze mounts including swags, cherubs, and female masks at the corners. It is distinguished for its three Vernis Martin panels. It has its original working lock and key, and red velvet lining, plus an electrified ceiling lamp behind semi-opaque glass. Marble top was recently expertly repaired. It measures 58" tall, 25.5" wide and 14.75" deep. Condition is excellent...

This fabulous old mahogany desk in the French Empire style features extensive dore bronze mounts. It measures 59.25" wide, 33.5" deep and 30.25" tall. Its craftsmanship is very high. The drawers have hand-cut dovetails and the locks work. We also have the original key. The leather top is not original and is in good condition. The neoclassical bronze mask missing from our photos is available and will be professionally installed prior to shipment...

This extraordinary mahogany side cabinet in the French Louis XVI style dates from the late nineteenth century, and is modeled after a design by Guillaume Benneman from the 1780s. It measures 84" (7') wide, 28.5" deep and 37.75" high (213 cm by 72.4 cm by 95.9 cm). It features a variegated white marble top above a long frieze drawer, front cabinets, and concave side doors opening to two shelves...

This magnificent antique circular mahogany center table in the French Empire style features Egyptian winged goddess dore bronze mounts and a wooden urn finial in the center of the stretcher. It measures 60" across and 20" tall and is fresh from a recent estate sale. It has nicks and scratches, consistent with age. We did not clean or even dust the surfaces prior to photography. Our client will be happy to clean, polish and professionally restore all blemishes prior to shipment...

This extraordinary, palace-size French Empire Revival armoire dates from circa 1900, and measures 98" (8 ft 2 in) tall, 60" (5 ft) wide and 22" deep. It features extensive and massive bronze mounts throughout by the French bronzier Kahn, who according to Sotheby's was a leading bronzier working in France in the last quarter of the nineteenth century. Underside of mounts bear the stamped mark "KAHN". We have found no other markings and the cabinet maker is unknown...

This antique rosewood and satinwood side cabinet in the French Louis XVI style dates from circa 1900, and features exceptional dore bronze mounts, geometric parquetry inlay, and a center door with flower basket marquetry inlay. It measures 53" wide, 44" tall and 22.5" deep, and has one interior shelf. There are a few minor veneer losses. This lovely antique bombe shaped commode in the French Louis XV style features a forest green laque de chine finish with figural decoration, cast bronze mounts, and Breche maroon marble top. It measures 44.5" wide, 33.75" tall and 22.25" deep, and has two drawers. A paper label on the top of the frame reads "Envoi de E Kahn & Cie 84 Avenue Ledru-Rollin, Paris". Overall condition is excellent...
