This pair of enamel decorated and lacquered metal vases after Paul Dunand date from the mid to late 20th century and are in very good condition. Each measures 14.2" tall and 6.5" across. There are a few light scratches and a single small chip loss near the base of one vase. They are unsigned. Provenance: L' Art de Vivre, 978 Lexington Ave, New York, NY.

This lovely bisque porcelain statue depicts a seated, nude female. It carries the mark which was used from 1934 to 1956. It has no losses or cracks, but could use a gentle cleaning. The artist's hallmark appears to be HN or AN.
Height: 13 in. (33.02 cm). Depth: 7.5 in. (19.05 cm).

This amethyst molded glass vase by Marius Ernest Sabino (1878-1961) dates from circa 1925 and is known as "La Danse". It features neoclassical female dancers and other decorations in high relief, in the ancient Roman style. Underside signed with SABINO and FRANCE impressed marks on the inside. Excellent condition. There are scratches along the underside, consistent with age, and a tiny chip loss at the edge fo the rim. Measures: 8" H X 6.5" Dia (20.3 cm H X 16.5cm Dia).
This beautiful glass vase has elements of Art Nouveau and Art Deco style, and was hand blown into a wrought iron frame featuring elegant handles, organic motifs including tree branches and leaves, and is set upon ball feet. Glass colors of red and orange transition to brilliant yellow. Acid-etched stencil mark on underside reads FRANCE, but we have not found a maker's mark. Believed to be from Le Verre Francais by Schneider. Condition is very good...

This faience ceramic chanticleer rooster figurine was designed by Carl Walter (1883-1955) for Stonelain Pottery, made by Associated American Artists of New York. It dates from circa 1940 and is in excellent condition. It measures 11" tall, 7.25" wide and 4.25" deep. The small loss at the edge of the base dates from the time of firing. There are no subsequent losses or repairs visible. It is unsigned. Walters was one of Stonelain's most important artists...
This Coquilles opalescent bowl with scallop shell motif is mounted with silver around the rim. Measures 8.2" across and 3.3" tall. Believed to date from the 1920s or 1930s. Condition is very good, with scratches, consistent with age, but not visible cracks or restorations. Silver alloy is unknown and unfortunately we do not have closeups of the silver assay marks. Though not apparent in our images, this bowl is crafted from opalescent glass.

This impressive Italian majolica planter or cache pot measures 28.5" wide by 17.75" high. Purchased in Italy approximately ten years ago. It features bright gold and royal blue glazed decoration and lion masks on two sides. No known markings or hallmarks of any kind. Overall condition is very good. It's somewhat dirty from outdoor use, but can no doubt be easily and quickly cleaned with a damp cloth. Estimated weight is 80-120 lbs...

This is an exceptional hand-soldered silverplated basket from William Hutton & Sons of Sheffield, England. Impressed hallmarks include the maker's mark " WH " within oval, Sheffield marks and the pattern number " 5319 ". Measures 9.5" by 6" by 4.5" and weighs approximately 1-2 lbs. Condition is excellent. Appears to have been replated.

This lovely Tiffany & Co. silverplated chafing dish is in wonderful condition. Features magnificent crow's feet and its original top and burner. Measures 7.75" x 5" x 5" and weighs approximately 1 lbs. Hallmark reads " Tiffany & Co. 21 Makers 4568 Silver-Solderer - E.P. Double M ". Mark is consistent with the 1907-1947 period under the Directorship of John C. Moore II. Silverplate style number is 21 and the order number is 4568. Recently polished. No visible dents, dings, or large scratches.

This pair of wonderful Art Deco period figurines were designed by Hungarian-born artist, Geza Arpad de Vegh (1905-1989), for the Phoenix Pottery company in the 1930s. This pretty figurine depicts Brighella, from the series of Commedia del' Arte figurines designed by Fulvio Bianconi for Venini in the 1940s. Top of the base in front bears the three-line, acid-etched, stenciled mark used from 1946 through 1965, which reads VENINI MURANO ITALIA. Weighs 1.6 lbs. Condition is excellent, with no losses or restorations. Dimensions: 12.2" H X 3.5" W X 3.5" D (31.0cm H X 8.9cm W X 8.9cm D)
