This lamp by the Aronson Art Metal Works, dated 1923, depicts a lovely female within Egyptian sarcophagus. Measures 11" (to top of socket) by 3.5 by 4.5". Has a modern brass socket and partial wiring, in need of cord and plug. There is obvious wear to the cold-painted decorations.

This lamp by Curtis Jere dates from circa 1977 and features a chromium-plated cylindrical base, with hole in the center which sprays light upward into a forest of metal stems. The design is reminiscent of the spray sculptures of Harry Bertoia. Condition is excellent. There is very little corrosion and no deep scratches. Only a remnant of the ink signature (the "C" in the copyright mark) remains on the top of the fixture. Measures 28.5 in tall and 10 in across (72.4 cm by 25.4 cm). za-

This rare and important design by Gianni Colombo (Italian, 1937-1992) is known as the Gea lamp and was produced in Italy by Arredoluce, circa 1970. Measures approximately 5.5 in (14 cm) in height, width and depth. It accepts a 25 watt bulb and features a sliding window to direct light from front to rear. It has its original cord and plug for the Italian electrical standard, but may be used in the U.S. with a plug adapter as shown in our images...

This fantastic mid-century brass floor lamp, attributed to Arredoluce, has its original polished and lacquered finish, and is in excellent overall condition. Shades measure roughly 14" long and have their original red, green and yellow painted finishes. Arms swing up and down and the shades may also be adjusted up and down. This is the widely admired Nemea lamp, designed by Vico Magistretti and produced in Italy by Artemide for the U.S. market in 1979. It features a white lacquered base with pebbled texture, chrome-plated stem and white ceramic shade which conceals a halogen bulb. It is in good condition, with no dents or scratches, and only some scuffs noticeable along the edge of the base. Measures 14" tall and 14" across.

This fabulous floor lamp by Reggiani of Italy dates from the early to mid 1960s, and features an upright stem which contracts and extends. With the stem fully extended, the lamp measures 72" tall and 40" across, and with the shade in the lowest position it measures 59" tall and 34" across. Shade measures 15.5" across. In the compact position the lamp takes up little floor space, and with it fully extended it may be used to drape over a center table or coffee table. Designer is unknown...

This mid-century floor lamp by Lightolier features a brass frame, marble pedestal, and three arms with enamelled finishes in red, yellow and blue. Wired for used in the U.S., and in working order. Each arm has joints at the upright, mid-length and at the shade, and a couple of the joints are seized and in need of repair. This floor lamp was designed by Fulvio Bianconi and produced by Venini in the 1950s. Measures 58" tall. It has its original lamp hardware and two prong plug which we believe is the Italian standard, and it may be used in the U.S. with the proper adapter. Maximum wattage is unknown. It is crafted from seven blown molded sections of blue and red glass, and is in excellent condition, with no visible losses or cracks. May be disassembled for easy shipment. Shade not included.
