This beautiful circular table with figured walnut veneer, circa 1930, could serve as a center table or side table. It measures 30" across and 25.5" tall. It is unsigned and unattributed. It was purchased from the prestigious Manhattan dealer of Art Deco and Modernism, Bernd Goeckler, in 1998 for $5,760. Condition is very good. There are light scratches and a single small veneer loss as seen in our images.

This wonderful sofa in rich, dark brown leather, after Jean Michel Frank (1895-1941), is believed to have been made by Comte S.A. (aka Comte S.R.L.), of Buenos Aires, Argentina, circa 1940s-1950s. It carries its original metal tag on the base bearing the number D 3620. Eight original cushions are stuffed with down. There are no obvious tears or deep scratches on the cushions. One seam has come apart on one cushion which can easily be repaired...

This antique occasional table dates from the nineteenth century and features elements of Louis Xvi and Directoire style. It features a rouge and white variegated marble top, and blue patinated frieze decorated with twisted garland and neoclassical masks in bronze. Its original wooden legs are decorated with spiraling bronze garland mounts and are connected with a stretcher with rosette in center, and sit upon splayed bronze feet ending in animal hooves...

This pair of nickel-plated candlesticks by Franz Hagenauer (1906-1986) date from the 1930s, and are in excellent condition. Other than a few gouges from the underside of one candle holder, there are no deep scratches, dents or signs of restoration. One candle holder tilts at a slight angle. Each measures 9 x 5.4 x 2.7 in (22.9 x 13.7 x 6.9 cm). The pair weighs a total of 10.6 lbs. Our $9,500 price is firm.

These French earthenware vases with dark and light blue craquelure glaze designs are believed to date from the 1920s to 1940s. Each is marked "Made in France" and each carries a "VF" monogram. Maker is unknown. Each is in excellent condition, with no losses, cracks or repairs. One measures 8.5" tall and 8.25" across, and the other measures 8.75" tall and 8.5" across. Height: 8.5 in. This unique round, wooden occasional table features pierced decorations on the skirt, and a metal center panel decorated with cloisonne enamel and depicting rose flowers, butterfly and floral vines. Measures 25.2" across and 29.6" tall. Remnants of an old Japanese label on the underside is not decipherable. This table dates from the late nineteenth to early twentieth century.

This oak dining table dates from the early 20th century. It features a parquet design with ebony string inlay along the edges, and pedestal with hand-hammered metal base with metal florette motif. This lovely old carved wooden mirror with gold highlights and pale Chinese vermilion ground features oriental painted figures and an ornate crest. Beveled glass appears to be original and has lost a noticeable degree of silvering throughout the surface. (We will be happy to provide a quote for new glass to our customer's specifications.) Overall condition is good. There are visible losses to the finish throughout, but we do not recommend restoration of any kind...
