This pair of antique (circa 1900s) girandole lamps have a neoclassical urn form with four concentric rings with faceted cut crystal pendants, tall crystal finials and four electrified candles. They have modern wiring, sockets and plugs and are ready for use. Each measures approximately 32" tall.
This pair of vintage rock crystal obelisks stand 23.25" (59.1 cm) tall and 5.5" (14 cm) wide/deep. Color is primarily clear with streaks of pale amber color running through the pedestals. Both contain professional restorations (noticeable as darker amber color) to fill losses on the corner of one, and along the flat surface fo the other.

This beautiful bronze chandelier in the Louis XVI style features six candles eminating from three arms decorated with putti, which hang from three solid blue enamelled supports beneath a cap decorated with drapery. This antique chest of drawers features a rosewood veneer and extensive neoclassical marquetry inlay in the Italian Renaissance style. It has hand-cut dovetails and its original locks, but no key. It measures 49.75" across, 23.5" deep and 36" tall. It was recently refinished and looks fabulous. It resides with our client in New York City and may be seen by appointment.
This pair of Napoleon III period (mid-late nineteenth century) ebonzed jardinieres have a circular top with pierced brass gallery, with three shaped legs with mounts depicting birds clenching swags of chain, stretcher with turned finial and additional mounts and swag chains, and are distinguished for their extraordinary hand-painted wooden lids that depict song birds in nature, surrounded by a ribbon of inlaid marquetry with mother of pearl, with pair of brass handles...

This very rare, ceramic and bronze chandelier, circa 1880s, comes from Galle and features a ceramic coupe and ceiling coupe crafted from ceramic (likely faience) with frosted icicle motif and floral and ribbon decorations, and three bronze candle arms. Measures 34" tall and 24" across. There are no sockets or wiring, but we will be happy to add for a modest cost. This rare design is the only ceramic Galle fixture of its kind that we have seen come to market in over ten years.

This tremendous antique metal lantern with copper color, of Middle Eastern origin, is the largest of its kind we have seen in over ten years, measuring an impressive 60 in tall and 20 in across (152 by 51 cm). It features reticulated designs with clear, blue and green glass, and three electrified candles. This Ottoman era fixture may be of Turkish, Syrian or Persian origin. We have found no hallmarks. This fabulous framed oil painting is attributed to the James Crawford Thom (1835-1898), the important Hudson River School style landscape and genre painter. The stretcher measures 14.5" by 17.75" and the period frame measures 22" by 25". In this work, Thom has depicted boys at play on a frozen stream, and it is an excellent example of his style of outdoor genre scenes which often depicted children at play. It is signed " J.G. Thom Paris"...
