This wonderful nineteenth century bronze by Jean Gautherin (1840-1890) depicts Fortuna, the Roman Goddess of luck, fate and fortune. Signed with foundry mark depicting a standing hound. The work is mounted upon a white marble plinth and the overall measures are 40" by 16" by 14". Condition is good. It has an old, undisturbed patina, and scratches and small dents/dings that are all consistent with age.

This pair of antique Renaissance Revival table lamps date from around 1900-1910, and are believed to come from E.F. Caldwell. They feature gilt and pewter gilt surfaces, mythic masks and acanthus motifs, and seated lions/dogs with stylized tails, set upon black marble pedestals. There are remnants of old cloth sheath wiring (dating from prior to 1930). We will be happy to rewire and add new sockets prior to shipping for an additional $150. Each measures 29" tall and 8" across at the base.

Included here are twelve antique Dresden porcelain dinner plates featuring red and white rose flower painted decoration, and extensive gilding along the rim. Each plate measures 10 1/8" in diameter and all are in excellent condition. There are no visible cracks or chips, and the decoration shows little wear for its age. This 303 lounge chair by Pierre Paulin (1927- ) has its original red woolen upholstery and is in very good condition. The original plastic glides are included, but have a number of cracks and some losses, and were not installed during photography. There are a number of scuffs and dents, consistent with age. Upholstery is remarkably clean, with no obvious stains and only light soiling. Dimensions: 23.5" H X 31.5" W X 27" D (59.7 cm H X 80.0 cm W X 68.6 cm D).

This is an exceptional oil on canvas copy of The Storm by PIERRE-AUGUSTE COT (1837-1883), dating from the early 20th century. This unique, mahogany art deco table comes from Austria or Hungary, and dates from circa 1925. Measures 26" high by 24 3/4" in diameter. This antique chest of drawers features a lovely figured veneer believed to be walnut. Measures 44" high by 44.5" wide by 20.5" deep. Round figured knobs appear to be original. Drawers have hand-cut lap dovetails and cockbeading of the type brought into use starting in the 1770s. Overall condition is excellent. This vintage sofa is believed to date from the 1960s and is attributed to Milo Baughman. It measures 88" long, 34" deep, and 24" high at the shoulders. It is extremely comfortable and in excellent condition. Amazingly there are no stains, and only three areas of loss to the nap of the fabric. This lovely triangular-shaped low table, known as the Gran Tucano, was designed by Marc Berthier (French, 1935- ) for Magis Design. It dates from the 1990s and is in excellent condition.
