Included here is a pair of antique wall sconces, circa 1900, with triangular bronze frame and two bronze candle arms, featuring clear cut glass inserts with checkerboard design, and clear glass candle drip pans with etched designs. Each has modern wiring and is ready for use. Each measures 14" wide and 14" tall. The bronze frames have a repeating lotus flower motif. The candle arms have the form of a single flower stalk with leaves, and end in curling scrolls with rosettes at the ends...

This pair of antique glass vases of Bohemian origin, circa 1900-1920, feature green oil spot iridescence, and are decorated with polychromed metal of holly branches and berries. Polished pontils and no visible signature. Each measures approximately 8.5 in (21.6 cm) tall. Condition of each is very good. There are light scratches as seen in our images. Two empty stems suggest two berry leaves may be missing, but these may be part of the original design...

This delightful box by Smokey Tunis (c1913-1999), the noted sculptor and so-called Beatnik furniture maker, dates from the 1950s or 1960s. Included here is a pair of antique rectangular porcelain vases in the Japanese style, featuring reticulated necks, gilded serpent handles, and enamel painted floral and bird designs on a black glazed ground. We estimate these vases date from the late nineteenth century. Condition is very good. There are no visible cracks and a small chip from the edge of the foot of one vase, but no other damages. This Schneider footed charger, circa 1930, is in great condition. Measures 19" across and 3.75" high. Etched mark " SCHNEIDER " along with the etched mark " FRANCE " on the underside of the base. No chips, cracks or repairs.
This patinated white spelter sculpture on black marble base depicts a listening hunter, after the original designed by either Jean de Roncourt or Ugo Cipriani. We have seen this design referred to as The Listening Man. (These sculptors shared a studio and are known to have influenced each other.) Purchased in France over 10 years ago. Measures 13" by 7.75" by 25.75" (33 cm by 19.75 cm by 65.25 cm). There is no signature on this French sculpture, and its age and foundry are not known.
