This wonderful pair of three-candle candelabra crafted from rock crystal are the only ones of their kind we've seen in the past decade. Believed to date from the 1990s or 2000s. Measures: 16" H x 18" W x 4.5" D (40.6 x 45.7 x 11.4 cm).
This lovely Austrian cold-painted bronze lamp, possibly from Franz Bergman, features the reclining figure of a semi-nude Ottoman princess underneath a lantern, catered to by a child servent and semi-nude female with a fan. Measures about 16 in (38 cm) tall, and the bronze measures 9.2 in (23 cm) wide and 6.2 in (16 cm) deep. The bronze is set upon an onyx stone plinth. We have not removed the plinth to inspect for hallmarks, and are selling this lamp "as-is".
This pair of gilded metal wall sconces feature a variety of rock crystal shapes, including neoclassical urn shaped bodies, teardrop and faceted teardrop pendants, spheres, leaves and flower petals. Each measures 28.75 by 11.5 by 5.25 inches (73 cm by 29.2 cm by 13.3 cm). Each weighs an estimated 8-12 lbs. They will accomodate sockets which accept candelabra-size bulbs. We will be happy to add faux candles with sockets and wiring for an additional $250.

This pair of extraordinary Sevres porcelain urns from the Empire period measure approximately 10 in (25.5 cm) tall, and feature extensive gilt decorations including eagles with spread wings on one side, Napoleonic "N" emblem on opposite side, plus Greco-Roman mask handles. Condition is very good. There is a small crack visible on the inside at the base of one vase, and two short hairlines visible on the exterior...
This pair of modern sconces feature gilt metal frames and candle arms, and a rectangular chinoiserie style urn, and dozens of pendants and flower petals crafted from rock crystal. All stones are rock crystal and there is no glass in these fixtures. Measures: 28" x 11.5" x 4.5". We will be happy to add wiring, sockets and candle covers for an additional $200.

This oil on canvas by the French artist of Russian heritage, Pinchus Kremegne (1890-1981), depicts a female wearing hat decorated with flowers. Stretcher measures 15 by 18.2 in (38.1 by 46.2 cm) and the frame measures 19.8 by 23 in (50.3 by 58.4 cm). This work dates from the second or third quarter of the twentieth century and resides in a period frame. Canvas was relined an estimated 20-30 years ago and is in good condition, with obvious craquelure and no visible losses...

This is a beautiful floral still life by the American painter, Andre Gisson (1928-2003). Stretcher measures 16 by 20 inches and the frame measures 19.5 by 23.6 inches. Canvas is clean and in excellent condition. There are some tears to the edges of the canvas as seen in our images. Gisson was born Anders Gittelson in Brooklyn, New York, and lived for much of his life in Wesport, Connecticut. He graduated from Pratt and shortly thereafter joined the U.S. Army...

This exceptional porcelain plaque is enameled with a scene of three Arab men smoking hookahs and playing backgammon, apparently after an original oil painting by the accomplished British painter, William Henry Margetson (1861-1940). Plaque is beautifully detailed with ornate curtains, wallpaper and Oriental rug and finely detailed faces. "W. Margetson" signature in lower left. Rear of plaque is unfinished bisque surface, with no visible hallmarks. Plaque resides in a contemporary giltwood frame...

This fabulous sideboard, attributed to the French designer, Jean Pascaud (1902-1996) features a black lacquered finish and tambour doors with parchment veneers. Finish is not original and is in very good condition. There is one noticeable scratch on the top, a few minor, shallow scratches, and some craquelure noticeable at the corners and sides of the top surface. Measures 53.3" wide, 35.7" high and 16.7" deep. It was purchased from Newel LLC, New York, NY, for $28,500.

This exceptional painting on ivory of the Empress Josephine is signed CATULLE. It resides under glass in its original period frame which measures 5.8 by 7.6 in (14.7 by 19.3 cm) and the portion of the painting which is visible measures 3.1 in in diameter (7.9 cm).
This magnificent ivory plaque depicting a hunting scene exhibits the finest carving. It is dated 1843 and initialed by the artist, and almost certainly of German or Austrian origin. Plaque measures 4.5 by 4.3 in (11.4 by 10.9 cm) and the giltwood frame measures5.5 by 6.6 by 0.3 in (14 by 16.8 by 0.8 cm).
