This pair of antique red japanned sconces feature painted oriental figures, tole metal candle arms and asymetrical French rococo style shapes carved from wood. This delightful oil on canvas by Antoine Blanchard (1910-1988) depicts the Rue Royale with L'église de la Madeleine (La Madeleine, Madeleine Church) in the distance, during the early evening hours on an overcast and rainy night in autumn. The stretcher resides in a modern gilt wood frame with linen matte and kraft paper backing. We have not removed he rear paper to inspect the stretcher. Canvas is very clean and has no damages, and dates from the mid to later twentieth century...

This pretty chandelier dates from the late twentieth century and features eight candles, a tole metal frame with gilt-like finish and extensive draped rock crystal chains, spheres and pendants. It measures 38" tall and 28" wide. Fully wired and ready for installation.

Included here is a matching pair of table lamps crafted from rock crystal with silver gilded wooden pedestals, and chromed lamp hardware. Each measures 37" tall to the top of the finial, and 9" wide and deep. Condition is excellent. Each has modern wiring and is ready for use. Additional images forwarded upon request.

This pair of porcelain figural candelabra by Meissen date from the nineteenth century, and are in excellent condition. Each measures 20" tall, 11.5" wide and 11.5" deep. They feature three candle arms and extensive raised floral decoration. One depicts cherubs with a summar harvest motif and the other depicts cherubs with a Bacchanal theme. There are no signs of restoration, and only a few small losses to the floral petals. Each carries the Meissen crossed sword marks and other impressed marks...

This Royal Dux porcelain figurine depicting an Arab gentleman on camelback and boy measures an impressive 23.75" tall, 19" wide and 10.25" deep (60.3 cm by 48.3 cm by 26.0 cm). It is in excellent condition. The only visible flaws include a vertical hairline visible on the exterior on the front of the base, and a few very thin and tiny flake chips from the out edge of the base on the front and right sides. This is the largest known version of this figurine...

This lovely vitrine by Francois Linke (1855-1946) dates from the early twentieth century. It is signed " F LINKE " on the top of the door and also signed on the bronze railing mount on the left upper side. It measures 52" wide, 45.5" tall and 14.5" deep (132.1 cm by 115.6 cm by 36.8 cm). Condition is very good. The mounts were recently removed and thoroughly cleaned. The finish is original and shows modest wear in spots, consistent with age...

This lovely antique bronze chandelier features a reticulated basket shape with crystals and figural putti. This exceptional bronze chandelier is attributed to E.F. Caldwell and features ten electrified candle arms. Sockets and wiring are new and this fixture is ready for installation. This fabulous nineteenth century Japanese Imari porcelain centerpiece bowl features extensive bronze mounts in the French Louis XV style. Bronze patina is old and the condition of the porcelain is excellent. There are no visible cracks or losses or repairs. Measures: 9.4" H X 18" W X 13" D (23.8cm H X 45.7cm W X 33.0cm).

This pair of palace size cobalt blue porcelain vases, attributed to Sevres, feature gilt bronze mounts, including reticulated gallery around the top and handles on left and right. Each measures 32.5" H X 16.5" W (82.6cm H X 41.9cm W). Mounts were regilded sometime in the past five to ten years. Condition is very good, with no visible cracks or repairs. This extraordinary antique Empire Revival mahogany center table measures an impressive 70.4" across and 32" tall (179 cm by 81 cm) and features four pairs of gilded Greek caryatid figures. The top is made of four sections which fit tightly. There are no major chips to the stone. Condition of the frame is excellent. Chips and nicks to the veneer and composition caryatids are consistent with age. We will be happy to complete professional restoration at our cost prior to shipment.
