This large work measures 24.4" by 38.6", and the frame measures 28.7" by 41" by 2.4". Artist is unknown, but this is a truly exceptional work. Please note the beautiful use of yellow and orange color to depict the glow of street lamps and storefronts, which appear diffused by the the misty air.
