| This fabulous antique statue depicting an elderly accordian player is carved from wood. Measures 18.75" high and 7" across and weighs 4 lbs. 4 oz. No hallmarks have been found. Underside has the remnants of an old layer of felt. Precise age and origin of this sculpture are unknown, but we suspect it dates from the nineteenth century and may be of German (Prussian), Bohemian or Austrian origin. This item resides on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York and may be seen by appointment. | ||||||||||
