HAMILTON 21j Grade Marked: "990" Starburst Pattern 16 Size Open Face Scarce Circa: 1913. Very scarce. This early Hamilton Railroad Model featured a starburst pattern nickel pattern and was latter replaced by the Famous Grade 992. The mint original double sunken porcelain dial adds value. The case is not original however, is very nice and was applied during this 1913 period. Clean, running and especially collectible. THIS IS A FINE COLLECTIBLE. DON'T INVEST IN THE STOCK MARKET. BUY SOMETHING PROVEN IN TIME. DIAL: White porcelain double sunken signed; “Hamilton” in fine script. Mint dial with original hands. MOVEMENT: 16 size, open face, lever set, starburst pattern from the center on the outer portion of the plates, all screw down jewel settings, “Adjusted 5 Positions”, marked; “990”, “21 Jewels” , No. 1,083,893. Mint original movement. CASE: Screw back and bezel white gold filled, fancy and not initialed. Built by the Philadelphia Watch Case Co. Nice.
