Illinois 23 Ruby Jewel SANGAMO Salesman’s Display C1904. Pristine example of this high grade is beautifully displayed in this easy viewing case. This case is marked: “ILLINOIS WATCH Co.“ on both sides. The special fine nickel damascening on the plates are in remarkable pristine original condition and is clean, running and still very accurate. Original Gothic Sangamo porcelain dial. Especially collectible. THIS IS A FINE COLLECTIBLE. DON'T INVEST IN THE STOCK MARKET. BUY SOMETHING PROVEN IN TIME.
DIAL: White porcelain double sunken Gothic Arabic signed “Illinois Watch Co.” with hairlines at 1 & 10 edge. Rare original dial. MOVEMENT: 16 size, open face, lever set, ¾ plate special damascening, “Sangamo”, lever set, “DOUBLE ROLLER”, “Adjusted Temperature 6 Positions”, ISOCHRONISM”. Very impressive original mint condition. CASE: Illinois Factory snap back and bezel nickel glass back signed: “ILLINOIS WATCH Co.” on both bezels. Beveled crystals on both sides for easy viewing of this high grade.
