A large cast iron tetsubin or water kettle with money (ryo) depiction of gold bars, gold coins, money bag & daikoku's lucky mallet. . This signed Nanbu kettle was filled with water for 24 hours - it did not leak. Some of the exterior's urushi coating is crackling - see photos. There is the expected rust on the interior and underside of lid.
