| Pre Columbian Peruvian Textile Fragment Artifact Remnant This is a very early piece of Peruvian weaving. This textile fragment is woven with cotton, with an embroidered geometric design, done in dark red and black. An ancient artifact, this interesting piece is at least 500 years old, before contact. Possibly North Coast, of Peru, which I have seen similar style of work done, it has an old repair. It measures approximately 10 x 8 inches. It is currently kept in a glass front specimen case, with foam back. | |||||||||||||
