| Here we have a vintage 70’s snakeskin and leather ladies attaché case by Caprice. I believe it is cobra but I am not an expert on snakeskin so that’s just a guess. The front, back and flap are all brown and beige snakeskin framed with brown leather trim. The single handle is also brown leather with gold metal hardware and the swivel lock closure is gold metal as well. It is lined with brown leather and has 2 inside pockets, one slit and one zippered. It is 15 ½” long, 11” high and opens to at least 4” with a pleat in the leather bottom. There are a couple of small scratches on the handle that are hardly noticeable. It is in excellent condition with minor signs of gentle use. There is some wear to the brown leather edges that can easily be touched up if desired. Some of the edges of the scales are sticking up, consistent with snakeskin in general. Really not bad but mentioned to be accurate. All in all, it looks like it was hardly worn. | ||||||||||||
