Breathtaking All-Original French Poupee in Her Original Cabinet

Wonderful 15,5" ( 38 cm ) all original French poupee in superb gown presented in her original wooden covered silk luxury cabinet which preserved the fashion doll. A most beautiful and rare to find original display which enriches each good doll collection !!

The beautiful poupee are attributed to Pierre-Francois Jumeau , circa 1875 ..... having a very pale pressed bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate.

She has light blue glass enamel inset eyes with dark outer rims and dark eyeliner . Fine painting of lashes and brows and on closed mouth with hint of smile of her fine accented lips. Pierced ears with crystal evening earrings and on all original long curled brunette mohair wig over cork pate.

The doll has her original French kid fashion body with shapely torso with gusset jointing at hips, knees and elbows. Separately stitched fingers and the body is in near mint condition ..... very clean and all perfect !!

The complete conditon of the doll is generally excellent .... her bisque is free of damage , chip , repair or hairline !!

She is wears in gorgeous royal blue and pink silk costume which is richly ornate with silk lace trim , small pleats and beautiful luxury details of antique dress work . It is on three piece costume with belt , she has rich set of muslin under wearing , original socks and leather slippers with royal blue silk decoration matching to the gown. Finally on beautiful head decoration in her original mohair wig .....

All presented in her luxury wooden cabinet which is covered all complete with absolute beautiful pink silk sateen witch has romantic scenes of little angels and cherubs, flowers and birds. Gild trim decoration and inside covered with silk velvet and sateen seat in royal blue . The gown of the doll fit perfect to the silk of her cabinet .... both are in the same color !!!

Note some melting parts at the fashion doll gown and also on her cabinet .....and the cabinet has some stain in and outside ... because of the age but not disturbing !!

Cabinet size .... circa 19" (49 cm ) total high , 9,5" x 8" ( 24 x 20 cm ) at sides.
