Rare Japanese, garanteed hand forged, army officers dagger. To determine whether the hamon was etched or forged the blade has had a recently done polishing by a professional polisher. The blade is perfect. no flaws. (no kizu or hagiri.)Straight hamon. Overall good condition but one ringattachment has been removed.

This is a rare porcelain 'milk'bowl (handle and spout) made in China for the Dutch market in ca 1750. (Qianlong) Little is known about the use of these bowls.Presumably for children or old people for slopping their bread? Lit. The Geldermalsen, History and porcelain by C.J.A.Jörg pg. 73. Appr. Height 6 cm. and diam. 12 cm. Hairline crack. (pict. 6) Otherwise in good condition. No glued parts.

Old Chinese violin. ca 1890 - 1910? Condition: Original very well played. It needs some TLC. Front split. No repairs or glued parts. Two labels inside. Supplied by Churchill's Parkstreet Bristol. 1886 - 1930 Chinese Canton label with Skylark brand.

Beautiful old porcelain group in 5 colours. Girl with vase, Boy with mask. Overall condition: good, no glued parts. Age cracquelé and some paint or glaze flaking.(happens with temperature changes) H. 13" or 33 cm. Thick porcelain body.
