Wonderful champagne ice bucket, or "seau" circa 1950's/60's, from France. To advertise their product, champagne houses would give these buckets to restaurants as a point of sale item, they were not sold. This bucket was never circulated - it is NOS (new old stock). Marked "Montebello" in enamel, "Champange" & "Chateau de Mareuil s/Ay." Nice rolled handles. Chrome over brass; measures 8" tall 7-3/4" across.

This bucket is used & has some wear from age. Marked "Champagne de Castellane" & on the bottom "Depose, HB, Metry, Made in France." Nice graduated bottom; ring handles. A Viennese cold painted bronze figural, mid to late 19th century. Depicts a young girl seated in a chair and playing with a small cat that is on the girl's lap. The girl is laughing at the cat as she plays with a fringed stick that the cat is grabbing. Another cat is located underneath the girl's chair - probably wishing it could be playing as well. This small vintage tin box from France has the most wonderful graphics. The colors are rich & images are adorable. Some minor scratches, wear & dents throughout, but nothing to detract from the charm of this French tinware box. Marked "Ducasse & Guibal", "D.G.", "Nantes" and "F. Vinatie Bordeaux." Measures approximately 6 inches long x 1-1/2 inches high x 2-1/2 inches wide.

This sweet little metal box used to contain some kind of candied fruit called "Gelypear". The ingredients listed are pears, apples & colored sugar. There is an adorable picture of a boy on the top & the sides are decorated with crests & griffins. In good condition with only minor areas of wear & a small spot of rust inside one corner. Nothing to detract from the charm of this little tin. Measures approx 6-1/2" x 4-1/4" x 2-1/4" deep.
