French, circa 1920's, it has a metal frame with glass walls, four adjustable glass shelves, a lock & key. Marked "Appareils Medico-Chirurgicaux, LOREAU, 3 bis rue Abel Paris XII", the cabinet stands 27-1/2" tall (29" to top of knob), 15-3/4" wide & 10" deep.
