| This adorable set of puzzle blocks, circa 1930-40's, has all of its original paper pictures. Purchased in France, the paper box measures 9-3/4" x 6". The blocks measure a little more than 1-3/4" square. Six scenes in all (the cover of the cardboard box counts as one) the colors are vibrant & the images represent children playig during different seasons - children at the beach, picking apples, playing music outdoors, running track & field, having a picnic & skiing - such a charming set. The papers are in fair condition with tears & wear, they have been repaired by a previous owner. A couple of the blocks are missing some of the paper as well - please see photos. Overall a very charming vintage puzzle. | ||
