two pair of early brass fireplace jambhooks, probably R Wittingham, NYC, late 18th/early 19thc. all four backplates are contemporary, made to fit by Ball & Ball, Exton, PA. because when they were removed from the house 20-30 years ago, they left the original backplates attached to the mantle.5" tall, 4" deep.
