This wonderful pitcher has a very unusual wide handle. The body has the basket weave and cross hatch pattern, and the neck has a step design pattern. On the inside of the rim are four sets of rim ticking. The handle is very wide proportionally. 7" by 7".
This Mississippian pipe is from eastern Arkansas and has a human face made on the front. From the P. Wood collection, acquired from Allard auctions. Has a great presence. 7-1/4" long. Sits on a custom stand.
