This large Chimu canteen has a standing Shaman in relief, holding a snake staff in what is most likely a rain ceremony. The raised dots all around him represent the rain that he is hoping to conjure up. The back side has a sun symbol with the rain dots as well. There is a cute bird adorno on the top of the bottle. Absolutely fantastic condition. Stands 10" tall.
