| This is a gorgeous Deco period glass bead necklace. The glass beads are coated with the most beautifully colored iridescent green coating. It looks very much like the color or beetle jewelry. Each bead s about one inch and looks like pod. They are textured. On their original string, there are tiny twisted gold colored beads and then a faceted rainbow glass bead done in green in between the large beads. The clasp is so neat. It is a tiny bunch of grapes. The piece has an extender section so it will accommodate any size neck measuring up to 28 inches in total length. I think it looks neat with the clasp to the front worn like a lariat, but either way,this necklace is totally unique and beautiful. Circa 1920 - 1930. Excellent condition. | ||
