| This ring is large. It holds 7 faceted genuine amethyst oval stones that measure 10x8 each. That size stone is typically found in solitaire rings and this piece has 7 stones. They are in an oval design with one in the middle. It measures 1 1/4 inches in length and 1 inch in width. The stones are accentuated with silver bead work, a double band and silver scroll work on the under side. Very well made. This is a sturdy ring. The stones are open-backed. They are a medium amethyst color. The size is 7 3/4. It is marked "sterling" with a tag on the underside. Circa 1910 to 1920. No damage. Excellent condition. | ||
