| A silver tetradrachma minted by Alexander The Great. The obverse is decorated with a profile portrait (thought to be Alexander by some experts) wearing a lion skin head-dress in emulation of Herakles. The reverse is decorated with the figure of Zeus seated on a throne and holding an eagle. The inscription reads: Alexandros Basileus: King Alexander. Macedonian Empire, mid 4th Century BC.
