Pair of 19th Century Chinese cloisonne dogs. Each is laying with head turned with a wonderful open mouthed expressions. Intricate beautiful swirling wire work all over in details in the fur. The original glazing with colors of pink, green, yellow, and black.

Antique Chinese large cloisonne censer. Standing on 3 legs, the round body of the censor has two large wing like handles, a tall neck, and is topped with a domed lid. 4 pierced characters around the lid allow for incense smoke and a seated fu-dog acts as a finial and lid handle. Everything but the fu-dog finial and parts of the side handles is covered with cloisonné enamel. The most dramatic portion of the design is the large fu-dogs amidst exuberant peony blossoms...

Antique Chinese cloisonne clock, made of bronze and inset all over with beautiful cloisonne, oval shape base and top, stands on 6 feet, surrounded with 10 cloisonne columns (5 on each side), original glass doors on front and back, clock face painted with tiny flower garlands, glass door in back reveals pendulum and mechanism which still seems to function smoothly, c. 1900.

Antique Chinese pair of recumbent deer. Made of copper and cloisonné of multiple colored enamel. Each deer has a round opening and lid on it's back. They sit with hooves folded under and heads looking back over shoulders. Minor losses.

A stunning Chinese porcelain Dayazhai-type jar grisaille painted with yellow ground. The monochromatic imagery of black and grey peonies against a yellow enamel ground scrolls around the body under a band of ruyi heads below a band of key-fret. With descriptive tag on the base "From the Hall of Embodied Harmony". There is also a Museum Porcelain Exhibition tag. The tag has some losses but shows that the Exhibition was in the 1960's - item #238...

These extremely decorative pair of food containers are beautifully ornamented. A turquoise background, these cloisonne containers model a beautiful array of blue, yellow, and red shades of swirling chimera and flower design. Made of bronze, The containers have one compartment each. Lid opens at top. The "shou" symbol on lids represent longevity.

Chinese cloisonné and bronze figure of a standing cockerel. Flourishes of elaborate plumage are decorated with scrolling vines and tiny circles of colorful enamel on a turquoise blue ground. The feet of the rooster are connected to the lid of an oval shaped box which is decorated to match the cloisonné on the body of the rooster.
