An antique Chinese minature carved panel from boxwood of a pair of pheasants amongst a tree of cherry blossoms.

Incredibly intricate and detailed Antique Chinese table carving made predominantly of zitan wood. Deeply carved with detailed dragons and clouds on one side, phoenixes on carved lattice on the back. Dramatic hexagonal shape on intricately carved stand. Some losses but overall great condition.

Carving of a Chinese scholar made from dark hardwood with lighter orange highlighted areas, his eyes closed as if in deep meditation. He sits with one leg curled underneath himself, his left arm rested upon a carved stool or small table, with the face of a beast. He holds a scroll in his hand and creates a Buddhist mudra gesture with the same hand.

Beautiful Chinese hardwood seal treasure box, possible Zitan or Wumu wood,with all over carved design of complex geometric motifs and dragons. Four drawers are hidden on each side with dividers inside for storing and organizing seals. Its stand is intricately carved with spirals and flowers. Dates from the 20th century. A wonderful statue of the Bodhisattva Kwan Yin carved from precious aloeswood. The distinct and pleasant fragrance of aloeswood is the result of a special kind of mould and is highly treasured for its use in incense and perfumes among various Eastern religions. This Kwan Yin has been decorated with gold and silver pigment. Small losses. Republic period. Size: 18" height, 6" width, 5.5" depth Weight: 1829 grams, 4.05lbs

Chinese display shelf made from gorgeous Rosewood (hardwood) with an attractive grain and a glowing red-brown finish. It has many tiered shelves with spiral accents. One thick shelf actually has a wonderful small drawer inside. Perfect Condition Size: 32.75" height, 18.5" width, 7" depth

Beautiful large Chinese carved burl wood brush pot with three small legs and removable center plug on its base. Cylindrical shape with edged rim. Size: 8" height, 8" diameter

Beautiful calligraphy box made from precious Chinese zitan wood, with carved compartments for an inkstone and water dropper. Kanji markings on bottom of dropper, aged piece of wood also with kanji marks is included in this set. The inkwell still has old ink remnants. Gorgeous woodgrain with a lovely shine. Early 20th century Size: 1.5" height, 9.75" length, 6.5" width

Chinese huang huali box from the mid 20th century. The box is beautifully decorated with dragons on the front doors and the top. The top of the box and doors open to reveal an open compartment and four drawers. The box has handles on either side. The piece is fitted with bronze metal hardware. It measures 14" wide 9.5" deep 13.5" tall.
