Charming antique Japanese tea kettle (tetsubin), made of cast iron with scene of mountain village and bridge in relief on either side of the kettle, signature chop on back near handle, handle and lid are made of bronze, underside of lid is signed with 4 characters, Meiji Period (1868-1912). Size: 8 1/2" high (with handle) x 7 1/4" wide (with spout).
