Rare small scale George III architect's (or reading) table in mahogany, having a hinged, two part adjustable top with detachable book rest above a pierced fretwork skirt and raised on straight moulded legs with pierced corner brackets and leather castors. English, circa 1760.

Fine American carved walnut, marble top centertable, having a rectangular white marble top with babys bottom corners above a conforming molded skirt and supported by a central vasiform pillar with carved acanthus decoration and four cyma curved legs above an X form molded base raised on turned feet ending in castors.
