| This very unusual GOLD PLATED SYRINGE AND CASE in in outstanding condition! The case is embossed GERMAN SILVER at the clasp. Inside, the case it embossed PAT'D OCT. 22, 1901. The syringe plunger is embossed PATENTED MARCH, 1908. The case measures 3.25"x1.75"x3/4". A very scarce item. Not many physicians of the day had one of these in their medical bag!
