Having a top of different origin, also cherry and 18th C, red wash on base and drawer set in skirt. PA original, circa mid-18thC but with top by association.
45.5" wide, 22" deep, approx. 101" high over the middle finial, having original bracket feet and nice interior, finial blocks and finials are old replacements. Mahogany with white pine and poplar secondary woods. Circa 1785-90. Note curious calligraphy on backboards of upper section.
37 3/4" wide, 22" deep and 38.5" high, likely Virginia or North Carolina origin, all walnut with yellow pine secondary wood, note feet are replaced. Full canted and fluted columns and top with molded edge, see image of backboard and note full dust boards between each drawer. Circa 1780-90.
