Crown Devon Musical "Daisy Bell" 1/2 Pint Tankard

Here is a wonderful "daisy bell" novelty musical tankard that was made by crown devon circa the early 1930's.The inscription on the front reads:You'll take the lead in each "trip" we take,then if i don't do well: I will permit you to use the brake,My beautiful daisy bell.The tankard is marked on the bottom crown devon Fieldings made in england R.N.812297. The tankard measures 5" tall and is 4 1/2" wide across the base.There is light all over crazing.The over all condition is really very good on this whimsical tankard.A great piece to add to your english china collection.
