| This Punch bowl base in the "Prince of Wales" or "Plumes" pattern was made by the Heisey Glass Co. from 1902 to 1912. It is marked with their diamond "H" logo. This base measures 5.25" tall and 6" across the top where the Punch bowl rests. There is some "scuffing" on the bottom of the base but the condition is considered excellent for it being 90+ years old. | ||
