Eight rare hand-colored engravings circa 1787 from William Hamilton's collection of Greek & Roman vases. The engravings are from Antiquites Etrusques Grecques et Romaines, quarto edition printed in 1787. Each original engraving is larger than often seen and is on chain-linked paper. Each is beautifully framed with French matting and a hand finished frame. Image size: 5.25" x 3.25" - framed size: 18.25" x 15.50". Condition: Slight age-toning in margins.
