| This is a handsome pair of nightstand made by the middle part of the 19th century, both mounted with their original inset serpentine-shaped red royal marble top honoring the serpentine shape of the pieces sitting upon a 1-drawer frieze mounted with its original bronze handle supported by 4 elegant cabriole legs adorned with acanthus motifs and joined at their bottom by a large compartment revealed by a recessed paneled door embellished with rococo medallion centering floral baskets. Note the upper shelf, which offers additional display. This pair is in overall good condition and for sale as is. Circa date 1860. Dimensions 33”high/ 16”wide/ 16”deep. | |||||||||||||||
