Early Stephen Dweck Sterling Rabbit Netsuke Necklace Estate Jewelry: Silver: Designer Signed: Pre 1980   item# 817605 (stock#44532)  click for details The Lush Life Antiques TEL. 214-417-0854 $350  This charming sterling netsuke necklace is an early example of the work of Stephen Dweck. It is 36" long with 12MM stone beads ending in a 1 1/2" long vegetable ivory rabbit netsuke. The detailed rabbit is signed by the artist, and has a 3" long bead tassel. This piece had a paper drop tag, but it is now missing. It has typical construction seen in Dweck jewelry, and was purchased at Neiman Marcus many years ago. It is in excellent condition.

It has a very "rich" look and is exquisitely hand made. The pin is 3 3/4" long x 1 7/8" wide, and the matching clip earrings are 2" long x 1 1/4" wide. They are made from repousse sterling silver with applied ball designs, and plated in a bright 22k finish. The set is in excellent condition, and each piece is hallmarked "925 Selcuk".
