| This beautiful necklace was designed by Roger Scemama for the couture house of Yves Saint Laurent. It is 17 1/2" long from end to end and has a 3" wide x 5" long center medallion. It is made from stamped brass and has faceted green and red rhinestone accents. It is not signed but has it's original paper drop tag bearing the YSL logo and price of $45. It is in excellent condition. Similar necklaces by Scemama are documented on pages 230 and 231 of "Costume Jewelry for Haute Couture" by Florence Muller and Patrick Sigal. | |||||||||
